<All startups need to create a pro forma financial model. While one can have long, heated discussions about the contents of the model, such as the rate of product adoption, the price the market is willing to bear, etc.; there is no question regarding the elements which must be contained within the model or how to present the resulting outputs. This Excel 2010 https://pairofdocs.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/Financial_Model.xlsm spreadsheet, which does include macros, provides the necessary framework for producing an investor-ready financial model. While this spreadsheet is offered with no guarantees or assurances of correctness, it has been reviewed, in detail, by several CFO/CPA types and we have used it to support multiple clients.

Note: The macros may not run on certain Macintosh computers - failure was observed on a OS X Yosemite, version 10.9.5 computer running MS Office version 14.4.7.Special thanks to Brad Bradshaw of Velerity for pointing out a short-coming in the depreciation model in the previous version.
